Designed by Lindau and Lindekrantz for Lammhults, these Swedish chairs are a distinctive example of 1970s modernist design, combining vividly finished red tubular steel with matching moulded seats. The continuous steel frame creates a bold architectural silhouette while delivering the strength and flexibility that made cantilever seating one of the defining innovations of twentieth century furniture. Increasingly difficult to source as a matching set, their confident monochromatic form brings energy and graphic presence to interiors while remaining unmistakably Scandinavian in their clarity and restraint.
