Buyers have two days (excluding holidays) from the date of delivery to inspect the item and contact Collécte should they wish to request a Return Authorisation.
When contacting Collécte to initiate a return, please include:
• Reason for the return
• Order number
• Contact phone number
• If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging are required. Please send a close-up photo of the area(s) of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. Photos are required to file a claim for damaged property.
Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.
The two-day return policy does not apply to any items delivered by the seller or where the buyer has choosen to pick up the item.
Should a buyer decide to cancel an order that is delivered by the seller or where they have chosen to pick up the item, the item must be rejected immediately. Buyers must not take the item with them. Please contact orders@collecte.com.au immediately to initiate a refund. A refund of the purchase amount (less any shipping charges) will be processed upon confirmation of refusal with the seller.
Buyers are responsible for any packaging and return shipping charges if the return is a "change of mind".
Each returned item must be received in original condition.
Collécte reserve the right to deduct expenses for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the object has been returned to the seller.
All sales are final once the 2 day return period has expired.
We endeavour to provide fast and seamless transactions to both sellers and buyers, which is why we are unable to honour a request for return that is received after two calendar days.
Please note that items listed as "sale" are ineligible for return.
Upon inspection, please note any condition issues, discrepancies, or damage. Take close-up photos and images of the entire object.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or a piece is not as described, contact Collécte as per the Return Policy. We will work with you and the seller to reach a satisfactory solution.
Prior to shipping, buyers may cancel an order for any reason. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
Once shipping has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item. If you decide to cancel the order at the time of local pickup, you must reject the item. Do not take the item with you.
