Shipping Policy
Collécte currently ships items within the state of Victoria, Australia. If you see an item you love and you live outside of Victoria, please contact us so we can organise a shipping quote for you.
The cost of shipping varies based on the item size and item location.
Additional charges may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery locations that are not accessible by road, require a ferry ride, and/or for items that require special handling or equipment to complete delivery.

Free Local Pickup
Local pickup allows customers to inspect and pick up an item in person. A confirmation email is sent after the purchase with the sellers contact information. Please contact the seller within two days to coordinate pickup.
Small Items Delivery (Sendle Delivery)
Small item delivery is arranged through Sendle. Only small items that can be safely packed in a box with a maximum weight of 25kg or 100 litres in volume will be eligible. Sendle pick up is normally 2-3 days after your item has sold. Sellers are to pack their items as per Sendle's packaging guidelines. Shipping charges are dependent on size, weight, value and packaging. Items are typically delivered within 2-5 business days of the shipping date.
Collecte Delivery
Your item will be delivered to your home by a Collécte approved transport service. Shipping charges vary depending on product type, value, size and location. Deliveries typically take up to 1-2 weeks (longer for remote locations).
Calculating Your Shipping Cost
To find out the exact shipping cost of any listing, just enter your delivery details in the 'Enter shipping details to calculate shipping' box. This is found on the individual product listing page. As Collécte currently only ships within the state of Victoria, this does not apply for NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT and international orders. These will be handled on a case by case basis and a separate shipping price will be sent to the buyer.
P O Boxes
Unfortunately, items purchased on Collécte cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
