Shipping Policy

Collécte currently ships to all states within Australia except for WA. If you see an item you love and you live in WA, please contact us so we can organise a shipping quote for you.

The cost of shipping varies based on the item size and item location.

Additional charges may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery locations that are not accessible by road, require a ferry ride, and/or for items that require special handling or equipment to complete delivery.

Free Local Pickup 

Local pickup allows customers to inspect and pick up an item in person. A confirmation email is sent after the purchase with the sellers contact information. Please contact the seller within two days to coordinate pickup.

Small Items Delivery (Australia Post)

Small item delivery is arranged through Australia Post. Only small items that can be safely packed in a box with a maximum weight of 25kg or 100 litres in volume will be eligible. Australia Post pick-up is normally 2-3 days after your item has sold. Sellers are responsible to pack their items appropriately for shipping as per the Australia Post guidelines. Shipping charges are dependent on size, weight, value and packaging. Items are typically delivered within 2-5 business days of the shipping date.

Collecte Delivery

Your item will be delivered to your home by a Collécte approved transport service. Shipping charges vary depending on product type, value, size and location. Deliveries typically take up to 1-2 weeks (longer for remote locations).

Collécte currently ships to all states within Australia except for WA. P O Boxes

Unfortunately, items purchased on Collécte cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Multiple Deliveries

Please note, items ordered together may not arrive together.
