Description:
The 1960s Baca series vase by renowned potter Nils Thorsson for Royal Copenhagen has a complex design with an enormous amount of detail on such a small area. The vase has a number of abstract birds, unusual flowers and creatures featured on the four sides and the beautiful intricate pattern has an ethnic quality about it and is slightly raised so has a lovely tactile quality to it . It has all the makers marks and numbers on the base and is in excellent condition. Available now in Melbourne. A near identical Baca 719/3455 vase is also available on the website.
