This 1960s Daybed, designed by the multi award winning Danish designer Illum Wikkelso, is a prime example of his quintessential Scandinavian style. Known for his focus on natural, organic forms and artisanal craftsmanship, Illum Wikkelso used high quality materials in his designs. He was often commissioned by the Danish government to create exhibits for national and international design showcases.Crafted from Brazilian Rosewood, radio weave rattan, and upholstered cushions, this daybed showcases Illum's exceptional quality of work. The cushions have been recently reupholstered in Kelvin Mustang fabric by Zepel.
