Description:
Art Deco French painted terracotta bust of a young maiden. Draped in a patterned coat and around her neck is a art deco style chocker holding up cravat. Wearing a typical art deco shaped bonnet etched with a floral pattern, the bust is mounted on an oval shaped terracotta plinth. The bust is in very good original painted finish with no restoration to the terracotta. Circa 1930. Available now in Melbourne.
