Description:
A 19th century French parcel gilt winged back arm chair, supported by 4 carved cabriole legs connected by a carved support. The upholstered winged backed arm supports are carved with the same pattern as the cabriole legs. The painted and gilded chair frame is original with no restoration or repairs but showing some signs of its age. The upholstery in excellent condition probably redone in the 1970s. Available now in Melbourne.
