Kane Alexander is a Melbourne based artist working primarily with photography and sculpture. His work presents sublime landscapes from remote places around the world. More recent work shifts focus from remote landscapes to structures of human intervention and architecture that appears surreal. Kane has won several awards for his work and been a finalist in several prestigious visual arts awards. His work has been reviewed by the Age Newspaper (Melbourne) on several occasions, featured in Huffington Post, Broadsheet (Melbourne), Belle, Nowness, The Design Files as well as various other magazines and online.
