This striking pair of Biedermeier Bergere armchairs have been lovingly restored. The beautiful craftmanship of the flame birch frame, compliments the reupholstered emerald green chenille fabric and the brass studding, that trims both the front and back of the chair. The fully sprung seats make them very comfortable and a pleasure to sit in. The chairs have a simple classic timeless design which will fit into any setting, traditional or contemporary and are in excellent condition. Circa Sweden 1900. Verified authentic and available now in Melbourne. The price is for the pair.
